1 Hotel South Beach brings the outdoors in, with reclaimed wood, natural textures and living greenery across a full oceanfront block of Miami Beach. Jessica Viciedo led the design for Meyer Davis's Miami office from first concept through installation, including the Bocci light installation that hangs above the lobby bar. The hotel opened in 2015 as the first 1 Hotels property.

Every space is built around nature. Reclaimed driftwood, raw timber and stone sit against soft white upholstery, while planted walls and trees carry the landscape inside. The palette stays quiet and sun-washed, so the ocean, the light and the greenery remain the focus.
