Beachcraft

Beachcraft brought chef Tom Colicchio's farm-to-table cooking to the ground floor of 1 Hotel South Beach, opening in 2015 in a space designed by Meyer Davis. A wood-fired exhibition kitchen, a bar framed in floor-to-ceiling custom woodwork and driftwood details gave the restaurant a warm, coastal character that matched the hotel around it. DE-PHI collaborated with Meyer Davis on the project, which served guests until the end of 2017.
