Meat Market reimagined the steakhouse for Lincoln Road when it opened in 2008, pairing a sleek, glowing dining room with a lively bar and indoor-outdoor seating for 180 guests. Working on the general contractor's side as interior design lead, Jessica Viciedo helped carry the Design/Build project from plans to opening night. For more than a decade, it was one of Lincoln Road's defining dining destinations, and the Meat Market brand is still going strong today, including its location in Tampa.
